Skills:

- min 2 years of work experience in IT; - experience in conducting analysis to identify problem areas and preparing proposals for their improvement; - requirements management (processing of change requests, analysis and description of the impact on existing requirements); - experience in modeling processes using BPMN, IDEF or similar methods; - ability to write specifications, use cases and user stories, prepare TOR; - understanding of Agile methodology and experience with SCRUM; - English C1.

Responsibilities:

- receiving functional requirements from the customer; - understanding and analysis of the customer's business goals; - creation/maintenance of technical documentation; - work with analysis tools: schemes, diagrams, models, prototypes; - collaborating with developers andother team to create a technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs; - analysis of problem areas and suggestions for improvement; - maintenance of project documentation in an up-to-date state.
